WE ARE AN ECO FRIENDLY HOTEL

1. Check-In time is at 3.00pm.
2. Check-Out time is at 12.00pm.
3. Reusable security deposit of RM50.00 by cash is needed upon check-in.
4. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability.
5. Guest registration with valid ID is required during check-in.
6. We only accept Credit Card (Visa or MasterCard) / Debit Card / Cash as payment.
7. RM20.00 (per unit) will be charge to Guest(s) for the loss of the room key card.
8. All rates quoted are inclusive of 8% of SST.

1. One (1) night charge will be incurred for any check-in before 9am or check-out after 6pm.
2. Hotel guests who are non-Malaysian or non-Permanent Residents of Malaysia are required to pay a Tourism Tax of RM10.00 per room per night effective from 1 September 2017.

Breakfast is available at Pelita for RM10 per set, per person. Please purchase breakfast voucher at reception Breakfast is available from 6.00am – 11.00am.

We have 2 reserved car park for hotel guests situated at the front of the hotel and is available free of charge. However it is on a first come, first serve basic.

There is an open air car park next to Artisan Eco Hotel.

Smoking is not permitted at Artisan Eco Hotel. This premise has opted for a non-smoking policy which applies to the public areas and all bedrooms. A penalty of RM200.00 will be imposed if smoking is detected in the room.
